What's different about our kits?

We've developed these kits by using them to create candles ourselves. Because of this, we know that all of our kits work reliably in the real world, producing excellent, consistent, results whilst being easy for beginners to use.

Our kits are not mass-manufactured, plastic toy kits, we assemble each box with care in our Hampshire workshop. We use real candle-making equipment and high quality ingredients aimed at people who want to learn how to make candles properly. Our kits also make the ideal gift to introduce a loved one to the creative world of candle making.

    Great kit for beginners

Posted by Alan Smith on 23rd Jan 2015

This was my first attempt at making candles and the kit had most of the items needed. The instructions are clear and I found the process easy, therapeutic and enjoyable. I have since bought a further kit and intend to carry on making my own candles. Highly recommended.

Brilliant starter kit - this was my first introduction into candle making and apart from some kitchen equipment I needed, the kit contained everything needed to make professional looking candles. Moulds are excellent and the candles were very quick and easy to make. Highly recommend this for yourself or as a gift to someone else.

    Easy and Fun to make

Posted by Andy F on 27th Feb 2014

My wife always wanted to make candles, so I brought her this kit.

It arrived beautifully wrapped and presented.

Requiring only two saucepans (one smaller than the other), they took less that half hour to make.

The only thing I can add to this is you must not be in a rush to complete. Top up the candle at least two hours after first pour, and leave overnight.

The wife is very pleased - so much so that she is now buying a replacement kit.
