We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase but accept that occasionally returns will be necessary.
The following is in addition to your statutory rights.
The item arrived damaged or is otherwise unfit for purpose
It's a sad fact of life that couriers don't always handle our lovingly packaged shipments as we'd hope. If this happens, let us know and we'll either a) ship replacements for all damaged parts or b) pay to have it shipped back to us and refund you on receipt. You choose which of these options suits you best.
You change your mind
If, when you receive the kit, you have changed your mind then, again, you can return it but this has to be at your expense. When we receive it back in sellable condition, we'll refund you the cost of the product. If the item is not in sellable condition when it is returned, then we reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee. Incidentally, we've processed over 25,000 orders since we started in 2009 and have only been asked to refund for this reason a handful of times.
